For the family who enjoys cooking and traveling with everything they need to make meals for everyone, imagine food prep being done either outside or inside. At the outdoor kitchen you will find a refrigerator, sink, and a bumper mount swivel gas grill that is great for making burgers. Inside there are plenty amenities such as appliances to make any meal and a large pantry for your dry goods. In the bathroom you will be able to relax in the shower on the seat, and find storage for your linens, and toiletries. Outside you will find shade under the "One Touch" Dometic 14' electric awning providing an outdoor living space, plus exterior storage with the MAX XL compartments for your camping chairs and such.

In any Forest Rivers Sierra, you will find a line of luxury fifth wheels that bring you the very best in modern interiors and exteriors. Each model has Beauflor® linoleum in rustic wood plank, mocha accent crown molding over the kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a decorative backsplash, and a premium soundbar with built in flush mounted DVD player. They are constructed with a welded aluminum-framed, vacuum bonded laminated superstructure, a fully enclosed, heated underbelly, and enclosed and heated dump valves for years of enjoyment.

Rental Terms

We rent by the day. Example: (Pick Up on Monday and return on Thursday would be considered as 4 days).
Our daily rate includes a minimum of 50 miles per day and 3 hours of generator use per day. Additional generator hours are charged at $5.00 per hour.
We do offer extra mileage prepaid for 29 cents per mile. All prepaid mileage not used is nonrefundable. Mileage paid after you return will be 35 cents per mile.
A rental deposit on the RV is due at the time of booking. This ensures that you receive the RV of your choice for the dates you request. If you decide to cancel your booking after you have paid the rental deposit, the rental deposit can be applied to a future booking (to be taken within one year of the previous booking). The rental deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to re-book.
The Security Deposit is charged at the time of pick up and will be refunded to you once the RV is returned, subject to additional charges/damages. This can take up to 10 business days.
Payment can be made by credit card/cash /cashier’s check/certified check/money order. We do not accept personal checks. The Security Deposit is a separate charge (charged at the time of pick up) and must be paid by credit card in order to be refunded at the end of the rental.
Pick up is any time after 9am EST, return before 5pm EST. We are closed on SUNDAYS. If you wish to return the RV on a Sunday or Holiday there will be a $50.00 surcharge. If you wish to return after business hours additional charges will apply.
You will need to ensure that your insurance company covers the RV for the dates you have it rented. All drivers (25 and older only) MUST show proof of insurance at time of pickup. We can offer comprehensive insurance for an additional fee ($1000 deductible applies on all claims).
The gas/diesel tank is full when the RV goes out and must come back full. If not returned full, there will be a $25.00 service charge plus the cost of fuel. The propane tank is full when the RV goes out and must come back full. If not returned full, we will charge the cost of propane to refill.
The holding tanks (Gray/Black) go out empty and they must be returned empty. If not returned empty, there will be a $99.00 dump fee.
We alternatively offer a propane tank fill and gray/black tank dump package upon return for a reduced fee of $75. This package must be added to the reservation either at the time of booking, or at the time of pick up.
A $150 towing fee applies for any customer wishing to tow a vehicle or attach a trailer to any motor home. Towing is prohibited without prior authorization.
We offer many pet friendly units, subject to additional charges. Please let us know if you want to take one on your trip.
